We draft layout options for your review. Once you approve the final layout, we develop the detailed floor plans and elevations, including full technical specifications for electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and carpentry.

In this session, we explore your aesthetic preferences in depth. We guide you through materials, textures, and colour palettes to help establish your authentic, personal style.

We prepare moodboards and realistic 3D renderings so you can review and perfect the style, colours, and materials before making any final commitments.

Handover & Procurement
We deliver your final project across three comprehensive PDFs: detailed floor plans & elevations, 3D renderings & moodboards, and your master shopping list. When you are ready to order, simply let us know—we will contact our suppliers directly and pass the 10% to 20% trade discount straight to you.
